Ron Kelly

President/CEO

Ron Kelly has served as the President and CEO of Epworth Villa since October 2017. With over 30 years in faith-based senior living, Ron brings deep experience and dedication to supporting older adults and the caregivers who serve them. He began his career as a CPA after graduating with an accounting degree from Illinois State University. While working as a CPA, he also attended seminary, seeking God’s calling on his life and work. Ultimately, he found that calling within faith-based senior living.

Before joining Epworth Villa, he was the Executive Director at Presbyterian Village North in Dallas, overseeing care for over 500 residents. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Wesley Manor in Frankfort, Indiana—a United Methodist-affiliated community similar to Epworth Villa—where he served nearly a decade as President and CEO, following earlier years as Chief Financial Officer. His work there reinforced his commitment to creating environments that foster compassion, community, and a deep sense of purpose for seniors and staff alike.

For Ron, serving older adults is both a calling and a privilege, rooted in his faith and commitment to Epworth’s purpose of helping people thrive. He leads with the hope of creating an atmosphere where residents and team members experience growth, fulfillment, and respect.

Ron and his wife have five children and multiple grandchildren, several of whom now live in the Oklahoma City area. With Oklahoma City now firmly home, Ron looks forward to a bright future for a thriving Epworth Villa, where residents, families, and staff can flourish together.
