“You’re in charge of how life is for you for the rest of your life.”
According to the Oxford English Dictionary, wellness is a noun defined as “the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.” We think that means a well-balanced approach to a healthy life challenges each of us to participate in body, mind, and spirit. So we offer a whole range of classes, activities, programs, and other opportunities designed to help you pursue wellness on your own schedule and at your own pace.
Working hand in hand with you, our Wellness Coordinator and personal trainer will help create a personal plan to help you improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, and stability. We offer a well-appointed Fitness Center open 24 hours a day that features state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically to be used by older adults. We also have an indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a wide variety of classes to help you achieve your goals and pursue your passions, old and new.
